Nicole is amazing! She was so patient while my fiancé and I went back and forth trying to agree on what area we wanted to move to and whether we wanted a project house or not. She saved us from making the mistake of placing offers out of desperation because we had been searching and losing offers for months. She really listened to what we wanted, no matter how many times it was conflicting or changed and we ended up with the absolute perfect home for us! I am so happy she was so patient with us and guided us to exactly what we wanted. I recommend her to all of my family and friends now.

Nichole was amazing to work with. She is a fantastic communicator is detail oriented, organized, and is on top of her game, in the crazy market we are in. Where do I start?! I was dreading working with another realtor after the issues I had with buying a house out of state. BUT Nicole, she was an amazing person to work with. She was able to make suggestions, walk me through the process without being overly pushy or absent, and she even followed up with me AFTER selling my house. She treats her clients as friends vs just a seller in a big market. If you are thinking about going with Nicole I'd strongly suggest it, great person to work with throughout my process.
