Hands down Nicole is the BEST realtor in the
area. She is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and trustworthy. Nicole guidance with selling my home was amazing. She helped me navigate all the obstacles that happened during the process, including helping to find someone to fix my AC that broke 4 days before closing, during a holiday weekend and all why she was on vacation. If

Mrs. Reed was very professional and anytime I wanted to view a new property she responded to my call promptly and gave me a background of the house so that I can determine whether I wanted to view it or not. Mrs. Reed knew exactly what type of house I was looking for and if she knew that if that house didn't fit what I wanted she did not waste my time. She told me that this is not the house that I wanted whether it will be due to the square footage or the number of rooms in the house, but she did give me the opportunity to look at the house if I so desired. She was very knowledgeable about the houses and if she did not know she would find out for her clients. Mrs. Reed took me through all the steps that I needed to complete my search for my perfect house and she made me feel comfortable doing so. I never felt like I was a bother to her or a hindrance and she always welcomed any questions that I had. I never felt rushed in making a decision on houses and she always reiterated that if I did not feel comfortable then maybe this is not the house for me.

Nicole Reed was my realtor and i couldn't recommend anyone better. She whent out of her way to help me get my house. We looked at a few, made offers on a few and landed the 1 my wife and I liked the most. When we asked for a couple months for a break in between looking at a house Nicole was very understanding and knowledgeable on what things to do and look out for till we were ready again. and when we were ready again Nicole whent to work. the whole experience was fantastic. She worked hard and had our back threw out the whole process. Its been 3 months after we bought our house and she gave us a call to see how we were doing and how we liked the house. Highly recommend for anyone looking to buy a house

Right from the start, Nicole had us saying YES! Nicole and I spoke one time over the phone. The same day we were looking at homes.

I was interested in a townhouse. Nicole stated, you can buy a house for the same price or maybe cheaper than a townhouse. I couldn’t believe it.

We met at a model home of a new construction the same day. Then we drove to our forever home. (Smiling)

Nicole tailored our search of properties, she listened to our wants and needs. The most important part our budget.

Nicole is very honest, knowledgeable, professional, and reliable. Nicole was great to work with.

From start to finish my experience with Nicole was amazing. She is a beautiful person inside and out. Very knowledgeable about the lending and buying process. And her negotiating skills are the bomb.com. Going through this process as a first time home buyer was extremely stressful and very frustrating at times but she made the process so much smoother and comfortable for me. Nicole was great to work with. Right from the start she was knowledgeable and very helpful. We started planning our purchase with Nicole several months ahead. She kept us up to date by letting us know the best time to apply for our mortgage, recommending neighborhoods that would fit our needs, and suggesting great local vendors (both for the purchase and just as new home owner needs).
She was very patient and answered all of our questions about every step of the process. I know that she's very busy, but when we were ready to get serious, she made herself available for lots of showings, tons of questions, and being there for all of our inspections and repair estimates so that we wouldn't have to miss a ton of work.
I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy, sell, or invest in central VA, and will definitely be coming back to work with her again!!
