Nicole prides herself and her business on placing clients’ needs before her own; many past and present clients would say Nicole is the best in the business simply because of her genuine, honest and professional way of conducting each transaction start to finish.

Nicole earned her license in 2015 and, in just two years, she became a member of Coldwell Banker’s Diamond Society (top 10% of all CB Colorado agents). She then received Coldwell Banker’s 30 Under 30 Award in 2018 for sales volume and performance. In 2018 and 2019, she became a member of the International President’s Circle (Top 5%) and Sterling Society (top 15%). Before entering real estate, she earned a BA in English education from Colorado State University and worked as a teacher and office manager at a commercial real estate firm.

As a full-time area resident with a sincere desire to help others, Nicole directly aids educators at a local elementary school with their property needs. She also sponsors the Fall Fun Run every year and plans to start an annual food drive to help local shelters between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
