Nicole Yunker was my daughter and fiancé’s realtor. The real estate market is very competitive right now and Nicole was very responsive and met all expectations. She was realistic and informative at every step. Never kept them hanging for information. Nicole told them what was necessary to have in the offer in offer to have the best chance of getting it accepted. And during negotiations, she made sure she had their best interests, first and foremost.

She’s not just an agent but rather she’s your friend!!
