Nikolai is simply amazing.
We relocated and searched for 6 months to find a commercial land
And it was tough. And Nikolai never gave up. Always looking, pushing tirelessly for more options. Which is hard in this market...
And he does the whole thing with smile and a great sense of humor. He is savvy, realistic and goes over and above.

I highly recommend Nikolai Medvedev of Beranek Realty Group and Berkshire Hathaway Home Services. Nikolai just completed a highly complex project for me, selling an “unsellable house.” This transaction involved uncooperative tenants, an old house that has been completely “trashed” by hoarder-inhabitants, unscrupulous buyers, and unethical escrow (chosen by the buyers). Nikolai Medvedev came through for me as a true champion. I rarely saw a realtor work as hard to close this transaction as Nikolai did. Most people I know would have given up (and a few did). Nikolai Medvedev is very knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. We received our first offer a few days after I offered the property for sale. I felt that Nikolai was on my side throughout the entire process. He never pushed me into making any decisions I did not want. He negotiated skillfully and professionally, shaped the deal, and steered it to completion. I am very grateful to have had Nikolai Medvedev on my side.

We had a fantastic experience working with our realtor, Nikolay Medvedev. We found him knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated to helping us with selling our property. He was always available to answer any questions we had throughout the process. We spoke with Nikolay and then met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes he sells, and how long his listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned that our house, which was located pretty far from LA and in a neighborhood with hundreds of similar homes would be tough to sell. Nikolay made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more.

We appreciate all his hard work and dedication. We are very grateful that he made the entire process so much easier for us. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts.
