We’ve stayed at this beach house twice this year. They constantly are improving the property even though we felt we had all we needed to begin with. Plenty of activities to do and most everything you could dream of needing on property; chairs, umbrellas, etc. Home is always spotless. We had a normal issue that one would have at home and they had it repaired within a couple of hours. My family truly enjoys our time there and we look to continue vacationing with them in Melbourne beach in the future.

Nina is top of the top for me! I switched to Nina when I sold my property in Miami South Beach. My former real estate agent had my apartment in his portfolio for almost a year, but he did nothing to sell it. I saw Nina on a TV show and contacted her directly. She already showed herself to be serious, professional and a fighter in the real estate agents' shark tank. After only a short time with her, a contract of sale was signed, which unfortunately did not come about because of Corona. During the very difficult time of Corona Nina found further prospective buyers and my apartment was sold by Nina last week. She published my apartment through professional photos, drone shots and films. Nina works extremely professional, serious, fast and has an excellent intelligence. I met Nina personally in Miami and built a friendship with her. Nina kept me informed about every step and was a great help to me as a Swiss client who owned a property in Florida.
