After leaving Marcus & Millichap, Nolan created the Real Estate Brokerage component of Bay Property Group, where he oversaw all aspects of the sales division, which included managing the team of agents whose sole focus was helping clients with the acquisition and disposition of Residential and Commercial Multifamily property in the Oakland / San Francisco / East Bay Area.
