Nya is not only an exceptional realtor but an exceptional human being. She truly cares about her clients and finding them the right home or helping them sell their homes in the best way.
She is straightforward, savvy, forward-thinking, an incredible multi-tasker, and above all else, a genuine person who will make it her mission to get the best for her client.
In my case, she did her research and listed my house at the right price and at the right time. She gave me her honest opinion of what to do or not do to get the house ready for market. She managed this all for me from afar because I am currently out of state.
Needless to say, it all went without a hitch, thanks to Nya's skill, calm, and level-headedness. True to her word, she sold my house in 6 days, above the asking price, with no contingencies. And then, she sent ME flowers! This is the magic of Nya!

We had an incredible experience working with Nya. As first time home-buyers, we had a lot of questions -- Nya answered each and every one with expertise and empathy. Nya worked hard to show us the homes we wanted to see, and when we saw the home we wanted to buy, she guided us through putting together a competitive offer that we were also comfortable with. Nya was always available to answer a question or just to talk to calm our nerves. My experience working with Nya was everything I needed it to be and more. She helped me find my first home in record time (2 months!), and I know I'd still be looking if it wasn't for her support and expertise of the DC market. She was always a step ahead, and always available to answer my questions or talk through strategy on every property we saw.

When I was ready to make my first offer, I left every conversation with Nya feeling like I had options and a solid understanding of the next steps. She helped me get my first and only offer accepted on a dream condo, AND negotiate down with the seller. All this and more by long distance. Which brings me to my favorite part of working with Nya. Since I bought my condo remotely, there were a lot of loose ends I needed help with that someone would normally resolve themselves before closing (ie. missing keys, alarm systems, etc.).

Post-sale, Nya was still in my corner (if not more) to make sure the final details were taken care of. I am so grateful I found her, and would recommend her 1 million percent to anyone looking for their dream home in the DMV area.
