Vanessa is AWESOME! I enjoyed working with her to purchase my home. She is super responsive, easy to talk to and has her client's best interest at heart. I initially was working with her on purchasing new construction but when we realized that wasn't going to work out and I needed to buy something quickly before my lease expired she was flexible and available to look at houses I was interested in. We found a townhouse that I loved and quickly put in an offer that was accepted. We closed in 30 days without any issues. I would highly recommend Vanessa to anyone! I will be using her for ALL my future real estate needs!

Vanessa was our Realtor for the recent new construction/purchase of our home in the Tampa, FL area. We did this entire process virtually, from 1,100 miles away, during the Covid-19 pandemic and could NOT have done it without her!! She was beyond helpful, keeping us informed throughout every step of the process and updating us with frequent homesite visits and photos/video walkthroughs. Having her to work with our builder in person when we could not was great, and she made the entire process smooth for us. Highly recommend her!
