I have known Olga for over 10 years and she had always done a phenomenal job guiding me and helping me with sublet of my coop. She knows market exceptionally well and navigates it in a very impressive manner.
I live out of state and needed a lot of help and she went above and beyond in assisting me with any issues that came up at any time during our professional relationship. She was always so personable , supportive and very responsive to emails, texts, phone calls.
She knows many professional individuals such as the attorneys and the local management companies. She recommended to use an attorney and he did a great job handling the sale of my co-op.
She provided good practical advice and held my hand along the way during difficult times in the process.

Olga had developed a relationship with my dad so, when he passed away and I put the house up for sale it made sense to list with her. Olga is very familiar with the area and was able to price the house competitively. Olga was always punctual and very professional. She was able to recommend other professionals as needed. Olga scheduled many open houses and updated me regularly on the progress. Pre-screening before an open house ensured that only qualified buyers saw the house. Olga was the most knowledgable and helpful agent as we went through the process of purchasing our first coop apartment in Rego Park. She was able to show us many units in both Forest Hills and Rego Park within our budget and once we found a place we loved she was able to successfully negotiate the price down. She worked with us for almost 11 months as we went through the process. She was always so personable and supportive and very responsive to emails, texts, and phone calls. Not only that, she is very professional and really went out of her way to try to fix things when there were issues with a coop board. Olga was recommend it to us by our friends who just sold their house in Forest Hills and purchased coop apartments in the same area. We had a very similar scenario and were very excited to hire Olga Mayayeva to downsize from the house to coop as well. We didn't even know at the beginning the difference between listing agent and selling agent and thought that all agents are representing the sellers in the sale. We were very surprised when Olga educated us about it and had no doubt that she is the right Realtor to go with even that other realtors who we interviewed asked for less compensation, but we were not sold on their skills and professionalism.

Olga helped us to sell our co-op and buy a house at the same time, which is a complex transaction, requiring strong negotiation skills and a lot of coordination on her part. Olga helped us find our apartment in Forest Hills over the course of many months. She patiently worked with us as we switched neighborhoods and types of properties.
Throughout the many months of our search, she was an excellent communicator - always responding quickly to all our questions and concerns, frequently within minutes. She offered us advice on the many properties we looked at and never tried to pressure us.
Olga made the process easy for us - she has a good team and was always in charge of moving us through the process efficiently once we found a place we wanted. Even after we closed, she picked up our keys for us (as the seller's agent dropped the ball).

The real estate market in this prime area has been "hot" for a long time, so working with an experienced Broker was a necessity, not an option. We had a lot of activity doing our own open houses but every time when we were close to signing the contract something always felt apart at the last moment. My husband and I were looking for a unit in Forest Hills. We saw countless numbers of units, but Olga was very patient and showed us new listings as they came up. We finally purchased a co-op in Forest Hills, but had some problems with the seller who was taking
her time to sell: went on vacations, and was not reasonable in negotiations. Olga was very persistent with the selling agent and answered all of our concerns. A year later, we were suddenly relocated to to California and chose to work with Olga again to sell. She did an amazing job of negotiating the selling price of our unit for top price and managed multiple offers to give us the best deal. Her team is also very helpful in guiding you through the application process and offer helpful advice to ensure Board approval.
