My wife and I hired Omar and Monti to assist in selling our home. We had been home buyers before, but not home sellers, so this was an entirely new process for us. Through each step of the way, Omar and Monti made themselves available to answer questions, provide insight and guidance, and provided straightforward feedback. There was no doubt that they were experts in not just the real estate market, but in consulting with clients as well. This really helped make our experience the best possible. Omar and his team have an incredibly graceful way of navigating the home-buying process. As a first-time homebuyer, I feel truly blessed and thankful to have been able to work with RLAH on a recent purchase. We connected with Omar in support of our search for a home in March 2020. There was so much unpredictability in the market and as buyers, we faced so much competition and disadvantage when it came to contingencies and other elements of the buying process in a "seller's market". Omar is an individual who prides himself on making sure that his clients are happy and satisfied. Let me give you a brief background on our experience with Omar. My wife and I went through the NACA program. A program that is absolutely worth it but also a program that requires a certain level of patience and diligence -- both by the buyer and agent. He absolutely carries those traits in how he handles his business. He kept us grounded and focused on our final objective. At the end of it all, he delivered. He found us a home that we are completely happy with. It fit all of our wants and needs and more importantly -- within our budget. It was a partnership well worth the time invested. From the beginning, we knew Omar knew what he was doing, we could trust him to steer us in the right direction. Selling and buying a home is stressful and Omar does everything possible to make the process stress free and seamless!
