This is our third purchase/sale using Paige Heavey and her wonderful, dedicated team. We initially explored selling to an ibuyer due to some family events occurring around the time we needed to sell, but correctly elected to proceed with Paige instead. Paige was able to get us under contract to sell within 48 hours of being on the market, and got us over a handful of offers - all over list price! She is always thinking of ways to be creative and innovative with marketing your home, and also with coming up with mutually-friendly contract terms to help make sure both sides are happy and the deal gets done. Paige is the best realtor I have ever worked, bar none. I have worked with her on two purchases and two sales. Each property sold for the highest per square foot in the neighborhood, and the first property I purchased with her was negotiated for well under appraisal in one of the most sought after neighborhoods in Phoenix. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and will help solve any issue. (helped connect me with trusted contractors for a remodel, couldn't have done that without her!) I have high expectations when doing real estate deals and Paige is the best in the business!

I feel so fortunate to have worked with Paige Heavey and her team over the last 16 years to assist me in selling and buying homes. She is so knowledgeable about the market in the Valley and provides excellent counsel. She helped me stage the house I was selling and we got full price. She is a great communicator and really takes the time to listen. She helped me figure out what I wanted in my new house and reminded me of that when I thought about settling in this tough sellers market. Her positivity helped me find a home that I love and provided the best advice to make an offer that was accepted. Her follow through is also awesome. We requested roof repairs in the inspection of the house I was buying, and she was up there checking out the work and getting video. And she doesn't just stop there. Several years ago I had a pipe burst in a former home and she was right there to help me get the people I needed to clean it up and repair it. It is great to have someone I trust on my side. Thank you to Paige and Kirsten for making both closings a smooth process, as well.

Paige and her team were amazing. I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to do so after the sale of our home in Phoenix.

As an example of where Paige went above and beyond, there was a suggestion that we stage the home to increase interest in the house. There was the upfront fee and a monthly rental fee. Paige offered to pay the monthly fee to show her commitment to selling the home.

Five years ago Paige helped us find this home so it was nice to return to her again to sell it.

The level of communication was high and she constantly watched the market to help us price accordingly.

We highly recommend them for anyone looking for a realtor that is trustworthy and hard working.

Paige is a first-class professional. She came recommended by others who are at the top of their own fields. She sold our house after just one weekend, while some other listings sit on the market with little activity. Right out of the gate, Paige came in with a strategy to meet our goals. She provided a marketing plan and a pricing analysis backed by big data. All the actions from that point forward, such as the write up, the staging, the pictures, the targeted marketing, the timing of every step, and the negotiations, were tied to that strategy. Paige knew exactly what needed to be done and she delivered perfectly, always with the right advice, the right resource and the right, can-do attitude. Paige is also a highly prompt and efficient communicator, which is critical. Paige is real estate on a whole different level and we recommend her wholeheartedly.

My wife and I have used Paige on several occasions to purchase real estate, this includes our home as well as investment properties. She is extremely responsive and always willing to go the extra step in finding and researching properties.

Recently my wife and I were looking to make an investment purchase and we needed to move quickly as there was already another offer on the table. When I called Paige she answered the phone, provided necessary strategic advice and helped me with time sensitive referral that I was looking for. Because of her support and our research, we got the property.

Paige delivered exceptional, professional service throughout every step of the process. We completed two transactions - buying and selling a home - in a very short period of time. She took the time to get to know us, and leveraged that information to help find the perfect house - filtering out a lot of the "wrong" fits so that we didn't have to. She was patiently persistent - prompting us through each step of the closing process to make sure we were on or ahead of time. In the selling process, she put a great deal of effort to help us prepare and stage our home. We benefitted from her high standards and broad, professional network - very helpful when we needed resources like handymen or movers. Her photographer and videographer took incredible shots that almost made me almost regret selling! Paige was there for every step of the process, deeply invested in our satisfaction. What I appreciated most is that she was a strong representative of the integrity and values of our family; which transcended to a very positive experience as buyer and seller. Truly unlike any other realtor I've worked with, highly recommend.

I've been in the title insurance business for 29 years. I know thousands of Realtors...when it came to listing and finding a new home after the birth of our daughter there was no question we were going with Paige! She is the only reason why our offer was accepted as there were 3 other full price back up offers. Her negotiation and follow through was (and is) remarkable! Paige also listed the sale of our home and was in constant contact with us, the other agent and parties to the transaction to make sure it was a seamless process with no surprises.
