Would recommend Pam over and over, she not only was professional with all she dealt with she was kind, knowledgeable and so incredibly resourceful beyond expectations. Pam is not only a realtor she is your co-heart in this process which is not always easy. She knows how to keep people calm and handles most issues on her own then communicates all is well, do not worry. She handles it and if it looks gloomy she handles it, did I say she handles it. I can not say enough. I could not be happier. We actually tried to sell the home without a realtor at first for I had been a realtor myself many years ago. We then chose Pam and I am so thankful we did not sell the home without her for the work she put in and time and knowledge was well worth having a realtor plus they truly know how to price the home even when we think we know. Pam has been in the area for her entire life and I can promise you if she does not know she will find out and quicker and is super responsive than those who know. Thank you Pam for a job well done and for handling it!!!!!!
