Paris is an outstanding real estate agent and good human being. We worked with her as the buyer's agent to purchase our first home / income property. She has an expert handle on the market, especially in Northwest Denver, where she lives and owns investment properties. She provided sound strategic advice to help us get an offer accepted and did thorough comps research to ensure that we didn't pay too much. She's extremely responsive, which is essential in this fast-moving market, and will quickly and patiently answer every question you have (the property we purchased had some pretty complicated due diligence issues, and we had a LOT of questions). Her legal background was incredibly helpful to us when questions surfaced regarding contracts, zoning, and more. And her excellent organizational skills and follow-through made the process run smoothly. In addition to being super competent, she's also just a really kind person, and it is obvious that she truly cares about the wellbeing of her clients, which immediately put us at ease. We feel so grateful to have had such a positive experience with our first real estate agent and can't imagine working with anyone else.
