When we first met Patrice, we had already found the house of our dreams. She came in to help us handle a lot of the paperwork and making sure we didn't overlook anything, as a first time homebuyer. In the process, we had a minor meltdown where we began questioning the validity of our choice. At no point did Patrice make us feel pressured into any situation we didn't feel comfortable with. She talked to us about our fears, our hopes, and our goals. She offered us a variety of solutions, and was never more than a phone call away.

In the end, we decided to return to the dream house we had found initially, and the decision was in no small part aided by Patrice's consistent support and empathy of our situation and goals.

We would recommend Patrice to anyone who is a first time home buyer, a seller, or even someone who has been through this process before. It was an extremely stressful and anxiety driving time for us, but Patrice never showed up without a smile and words of encouragement! We have zero doubts that Patrice would deliver the same excellent service and encouragement to anyone!
