My husband and I were very selective in purchasing a new home while selling our existing home. We had a large blended family with seven kids and needed to find a home large enough to accommodate our family as well as unrestrictive space to run a business from home. You could say that the stars needed to align to be able to buy/sell and close all at the same time, we didn't want to displace our kids and move into temporary housing. We house hunted for a year before we found the perfect property, both Ross & Trisha were both so patient. When we found the right property, we had to write an offer contingent on selling our existing home. Trish helped us quickly stage and list our property. She had a professional photographer/videographer come and take beautiful listing photos and Trish scheduled our open house that weekend.
Despite it being January and snowing, she rocked it and had great feedback during our open house. Trish handled everything with such ease and within two days after the open house, we had a full offer. We were able to be under contract for both houses and we closed on the same day for both. I can't thank Ross and Trish enough for all their help and would recommend them to anyone!!
