Excellent! Patrick helped my wife and I go through the home buying process for our first home and he was the only professional in the area who seemed to genuinely care about his clients that we talked to. Highly knowledgeable of the industry and offered good advice from beginning to end (boy did we need it). He was open and available and tried to work with our schedule. Highly recommend.

My wife and I will always be grateful that we had Patrick as an agent. He was always going above and beyond what we were expecting from him. He sold our house in a very short amount of time, and at the same time was working on getting us into our new home. There were days we thought things would never come together, but Patrick immediately assured us things were right on track. He walked us through every step and when we didn’t understand something(which was often) he made it simple for us to comprehend. He was very quick to respond when we called or text him for information, day or night. Through it all it felt more like we were working with more than just our agent, but also a friend. He really showed he had our best interest at heart. I really believe if we had had anyone else, we would have never made it through what can be a “pulling your hair out” experience. He is truly not a 5 star, he’s really a 6 star.
