Paty Ciotto

I was born in São Paulo, Brazil and there I received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. After college, I moved to Australia where I lived and studied for one year. When returning to Brazil I opened an insurance brokerage company called Success & Progress which I later sold. After meeting my husband Johan in Boston in 2001, we moved to Woodsville, NH and lived there for 5 years until we decided to move to Brazil to be closer to my family there. We opened a Bed & Breakfast in front of the beach in Itanhaem and ran the business for 10 years. During that time we expanded our family and are the proud parents of a son and a daughter. In 2015, we decided that the best place to raise kids would be back in New Hampshire, and we have since settled in Meredith, NH - where crime is low and we enjoy the beauty of the 4 seasons and the close proximity to the Lakes & Mountains.

I received my real estate license and chose Badger Peabody & Smith Realty for its excellence in customer service. As a long time hospitality operator, I know the importance of providing an exceptional customer experience and looks forward to bringing my expertise to my clients and customers.
