Paul LeJoy

I have been living in the San Francisco Bay Area since 2001. I relocated here from Taipei, Taiwan, where I lived and worked for 7 years in the computer industry as a Marketing Communications Manager. I relocated to Silicon Valley to work as a Program Manager for Synnex Corporation in Fremont, where I worked from 2001 to 2005. I obtained my real estate license in 2005 and became a full-time real estate professional from November 2005. I made several mistakes given that I knew very little about real estate and no mentor guided to success. In 2007, I founded Pacific Realty Partners and from 2008 while the world economy was languishing my company grew as a result of the relationship I formed with asset management companies selling foreclosed assets. In 2011, I formed Community First USA, LLC and started buying foreclosures from Wells Fargo and Chase. The goal was to help these banks with their public relations: instead of them deluging neighborhoods with foreclosed assets, they sold these assets to us and we in turn fixed them up and sold them to first-time home buyers, thus helping in the revitalization of the neighborhoods we served while at the same time making the American Dream of home ownership accessible to low to moderate income citizens of this great country. Fast forward to 2017 when I founded The Money Market, a mortgage wing of my enterprise that serves the financing needs of the nouveau riches as well as new and seasoned home buyers and real estate investors. We cater to both residential and commercial needs.
