Paul Yarmo

Paul Yarmo has been practicing real estate since the early 90s. As a commercial and residential real estate appraisal company owner, Paul has valued billions of dollars in real estate homes, land, multi-family investment and commercial property. He started his real estate sales career in 2001 as a RE/MAX franchise owner and was later inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 2005. After merging REMAX Excellence into a larger company, he and his team joined Keller Williams Gateway Realty in 2011. Most notably, Paul has been certified as an expert witness in the following courts of law: US Bankruptcy Court - Boston MA, NH Superior Court - (Hillsborough Rockingham), and NH District Court - (Nashua Manchester).

Recently Paul, his wife Deb and the team joined Coldwell Banker Realty (July 2022) for very good reasons. In addition, Paul was one of the very first buyer brokers in the country. He formed Buyers Only Realty in conjunction with his appraisal company in 1994. He also served as President of the NH Appraisal Institute Chapter and as one of the GMNBR's Board of Directors.

Paul and Deb Yarmo are currently the owners of one of the area's top-producing real estate teams, Team Yarmo Real Estate Group. They consistently average over 30 home sales per year with a dollar volume of $12 Million+/year. Deb compliments her husband perfectly. While Paul is an excellent real estate analyst and negotiator, Deb is an aggressive marketer. She prides herself in making sure her seller and buyers' clients' needs are met. Buyers love her because she's relentless in finding dream homes by knocking on doors, calling FSBOs, expired listings and more. Sellers love her because she's attentive to making sure they're tuned into what's happening with marketing and showing feedback.

Deb and Paul are the proud parents of 7 children. They have family in Hudson, Hollis, and Temple, NH, as well as Colorado, Texas, Ohio and Kentucky. (Currently, their youngest son, Brycen, is a tight end of the D1 Akron Zips football team.) After Brycen entered high school, Deb began working in real estate full-time after managing the appraisal company part-time.
