If I were to summarize Paula in one word... it would be...

Responsible/Responsive.

She does what she says and gets things done. This is in regards to simply returning emails or phone calls to scheduling showings and eventual closures on the many properties I have sold and purchased with Paula since meeting her for the first time in 2008.

I was just asked by a friend who I would use for a listing in the Tacoma area and I instantly told her about Paula and my experience with her over the years.

Basically.... Paula Burrows Gets Things DONE!!

When we decided to downsize from 36 acres to “less”, Paula helped us understand what the real estate market was doing and how our property could be listed for most impact. She answered all our questions and guided us through the paperwork process.
Because our acreage was unique in size and use options, she suggested having a video from a drone’s-eye-view to showcase the possibilities. Because of that and her ability to list it so attractively, we were pleased to receive a full price offer.
Paula helped us navigate the contingencies and closure dates, followed up with the buyer’s realtor to keep things on track which helped enormously when we found the property we wanted to buy. That sale could only move forward when contingencies on our property closed. At one point there were four different property sales which were dependent on the one before it to successfully close.
Paula managed to keep all parties informed and updated as needed and brought both our sale and our purchase to satisfactory conclusion. Her expertise and ability to communicate/negotiate made this much less stressful than it might have been.
We recommend Paula whenever someone asks if we know a great real estate agent. On top of all that, she is a genuinely nice person and cares a great deal for her clients.

Paula cared for us as individuals and from beginning to end took care of our needs. She took the time to find us a home and bring our family members through. We actually bought our house site unseen but she knew us well enough to know what we were looking for. With that in mind she found our home, and helped us through the financing process by connecting us with prime lending. The closing was smooth and handled professionally. On a personal note she then came to our housewarming party and has become a friend of our family sense. You cannot go wrong by using her as your buying agent or selling agent.
