I've partnered with Paula Thacker on dozens of Purchase Transactions over the last 7-8 years and I can tell you that she is excellent at her profession. She listens to her clients needs & wants , and she works her tail off to make sure they are satisfied. Even after you buy or sell a home with Paula she still stays in contact with you. Why? Because she really cares!

Paula was so supportive (and patient) of my home buying adventure. As a first time home buyer I was clueless and she was great about walking me through the process and helping to narrow down which potential homes may be a good fit for my wants/needs. Paula has been great since day 1! She was always quick to respond to my questions. We bought a house in a new state, and Paula was very helpful in keeping us in a good neighborhood and away from houses we may not like, like ones with a highway for a backyard, or ones with neighbors that have massive sink holes. Paula helped us through every step of the process and explained everything to me in words I understood. 10/10 recommend using Paula for a realtor.
