Penny did an amazing job helping my family sell my late Uncle's house in Phoenix. Unfortunately he passed none of us live in AZ, Penny took care of everything during a difficult time and while we were 1,000+ miles away. Penny took fantastic care of us selling a family home after the passing of my grandparents-inlaws. I could not imagine a more perfect pair than her and her mom to handle this difficult transaction. They both handled it with grace and understanding and were able to take care of everything from handling the estate sale to selling the property. It was not just a business transaction but rather they were there every step of the way to navigate the difficult life event. She marketed the property very professionally and was able to get us several offers to chose from. I would not hesitate to use Penny again for any real estate needs I have and would highly recommend her!
