Perry was beyond reliable and was one step ahead of us during our home buying experience. He independently reached out when he found houses he thought would best fit our family, and was the sole reason we found a house that we now lovingly call our home. Perry should be your top choice for all real estate needs. He knows the area intricately and is an absolute pro who values the wants and needs of his clients above all else. I don't know anybody who works harder, responds faster or is more encouraging. He knows the market and the options well and got us into a more favorable buying position than we had hoped for. Sure makes buying a home feel a lot less stressful. 10/10 recommend Perry to anybody in need of an agent, he's got our business for life.

This guy is seriously the best agent in Spokane. He’s so kind, honest, intelligent and patient. He can work a deal you will be proud of. I have bought multiple homes from him and so has some of my family. He always gets back to me when I call, he knows this market and he understands it better than anyone else. We recently bought and sold homes with Perry and cannot be more pleased. He is professional, trustworthy, cool under pressure, and not at all pushy. Ultimately, he was able to help us navigate and overcome complex situations that arose during the buying and selling process. He can leap over hurdles and obstacles with apparent ease. Perry is the best agent in Spokane! We were going through the complicated process of buying and selling a home at the same time and Perry walked us through every step and made it as easy as possible. He is honest, trustworthy, punctual, and organized. Not to mention, everyone in the business knows him and loves him! Perry made our first home buying experience very simple. He explained everything we needed to know in detail and made time for us to see a house as soon as possible. With one of us living a few hours away, it was nice to see houses over zoom and Perry to make time when we could get to town. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you!
