Real estate is in his blood! Peter Baiardi is a second-generation Realtor, following in his mother’s footsteps and joining Ayre/Rhinehart Realtors in 2008. My realtor Peter Baiardi was caring,and professional for the entire process of selling our home and buying of a new home. We had unexpected personal problems come up during the sale of our home. Peter worked with us every step of the way .He was always there when we needed him and returned call’s promptly. He knew my husband was going through some serious medical issues and I felt lost in continuing the process of looking for a new place to live . So we stopped the search and rented for a while. What I want to express here is that during our darkest time Peter stayed in touch . Not to sell us a place but to see how Greg was doing . He became a valued friend to us . As time past and my husband was on his way to recovery from hospital stays . We continued our search and Peter was their to help us when we were ready. We truly found a caring person who helped us find just the right place .In the end we are now happy owners of a beautiful and perfect fit Condo for us. A big shout out to Casey Mallek at last minute would show up to show us condos up for sale.
