Selling a house in the past was a very stressful and time-consuming process.

However, with Phae's help, I felt at ease from the beginning to the end. She updated me on the process and what was expected. She stayed diligent and consistent during issues that arose with solar leasing and carefully explained the details to me. It took us a little bit longer due to things that were out of her control but she stayed calm throughout the process.

I am very happy and glad that I could lean on Phae during this very difficult time.

I am so grateful to have Phae help me with the sale of my house.

I'm so thankful for Phae!!! The experience I had when selling my condo was a great one! Phae came to my rescue and was able to make the process easy with the sale. I had a few people look at my condo when I put it up for sale and then it got sold within a month and a half of putting it on the market. I would recommend using Phae for your realtor to either purchase or sell a property. When its time to make another purchase I will be calling her for guidance. Phae was an absolutely fantastic Realtor. She listed our house in 2020 and sold our house within 15 days! Selling our house was a very nerve-wracking process, but Phae put our family at ease and helped us navigate the entire process very clearly. From the time I communicated with Phae for a rental property she had, unfortunately for me, the rental was already taken. But she went out of her way, to help me and my husband find new home every step of the way. When we find a new that new home, she made everything right before we moved in.
