About Phill
Providing excellent customer service and value to his clients in the Central PA region has been Phill’s philosophy in everything he does. His love for architecture, design, and real estate has been with him for over 30 years. Phill has experience in home design, construction, building material sales, and buying and selling over 1.6 million dollars of real estate personally. This passion is the reason Phill was led to real estate. Phill’s experience in real estate investing, management, and helping others realize their dream of homeownership come true will be a great asset for any buyer. Phill and his wife attend Victory Church in Mount Joy and volunteer their time to the non-profit they started. Phill is a long time resident of Lancaster County.
Phill and his wife, Laura, were urban missionaries in Cleveland, OH with Envision Cleveland for two years. They worked with many organizations there and led teams from all over the country to give them an experience with refugees, racial division, poverty in America, and many different unreached people groups. They started a non-profit organization, Bridges to Transform, Inc, which develops intentional relationships with people that desire a positive relationship. Prior to going to Cleveland, Phill worked for Musselman Lumber in Ephrata as an outside salesman to help builders and contractors with their building material needs. Phill also had his own Architectural design firm helping people realize their dream of homeownership
