Phoenicia has been a blessing. I was a first time home buyer with little knowledge in real estate. She not only showed me homes, but she really took the time out to answer any questions I have and educated me on the nuances of buying a home. I always felt like she had my best interest and she worked tirelessly to get me into my home. You won’t find a more honest and hard working agent. I will definitely use her as my agent again in the future.
