Pierre and Team Maajoun is trusted and highly recommended by us. We had specific needs and requests for our home and Pierre helped us find the perfect home. He is a true professional. Very proactive, honest, thorough and diligent. Whatever questions we had he took the time to address them all and was so transparent. He explained everything in laymen terms and made sure we understood the process. There were so many steps to go through but he was right there supporting us through each step until completion. He even went a step further to give us a USB drive containing all of our RE transaction paperwork for our CPA next year. A bonus for going the extra mile. As a first time homebuyer Team Maajoun helped make the entire experience stress free. They were very responsive and knowledgeable, no matter how many times we had to call them with all of our questions. More than once they had the answers to questions before we even asked them. We honestly feel, especially with how competitive buying a home is right now, that their willingness to schedule viewings quickly, provide their honest opinions on properties that we saw and quickly submit bids made all the difference with being able to purchase our first home.

It's not fun to buy and sell a house simultaneously. Especially, When the buyer and seller of the homes are all contingents, and more than 4-5 parties are involved with unprofessional agents with poor communication on the other sides.

Such circumstances are the real testimony of any real estate agent and set apart the good and best. Experience, effective communication, professionalism, and interpersonal skills play an essential role in ensuring everything falls into the escrow time window and the entire process goes smoothly.

I must say, Team Maajoun, Pierre Maajoun & John Malinoski, went above and beyond to deliver excellent service. While John worked tirelessly (20+ homes visited) to find our dream home in an area with very low inventory, Pierre made sure the overall selling and buying experience goes smoothly.

Can't thank Team Maajoun enough for selling my home! I was lucky enough to be dealing directly with Pierre Maajoun himself and he walked me through the entire home process. He was extremely responsive any time I called and would answers my questions or concerns promptly. Most of the time he had the answers right away, he was extremely knowledable, but the very few times he didnt have an answer right away, he wouldnt lie to me and try to give me an answer, instead he was very honest and told me he will get back to me asap with the right answer.

The process of selling with Pierre was easy and guided. He got my home sold SUPER fast with solid buyers OVER LIST! I couldn't have asked for better representation and will continue to use Pierre for all my real estate needs and will gladly recommend him to anyone who is looking for the best of the best!
