Pilar Oliva

Pilar is a Broker Associate with the Serene Team, and she brings 14 years of real estate expertise to the table. Team Leader, Kyle, regularly refers to her as his "secret weapon" because Pilar is a Jill of all trades, wearing more hats for the Serene Team than one could count at the Kentucky Derby!

In addition to running operations at Serene Team and being a Broker Associate specializing in probate and assisting seniors (SRES certified), Pilar also lends her creative talents to the team with graphic design and video editing work.

She ensures that all things run smoothly at Serene Team and is the organized "ying" to Kyle's sometimes scattered "yang". After living the majority of her life in Pasadena, Pilar and her husband moved to London, launching their own business in property consulting, and working with real estate investors all throughout the Middle East and Europe.

After having two beautiful boys abroad, Pilar and her husband decided to move back to sunny Southern California to be closer to family and conquer the local market with the Serene Team!
