Rachel specializes in the sale and leasing of office, industrial retail, land, and residential properties throughout Northern Colorado. Rachel has over 16 years of real estate experience. She has extensive experience with Real Estate contracts, leases, property management, 1031 Exchange real estate investments, land assemblage, water rights acquisitions, industrial and office property sales.
During her early career, Rachel mentored under & worked directly with Craig Hau, Senior Commercial Advisor at The Group, where she managed over $416,000,000.00 in volume and managed over 675 transactions. Along with Rachel’s commercial real estate background, Rachel has over 9 years of residential real estate experience as well.
Her extensive knowledge of both the commercial real estate and residential real estate market segments sets Rachel apart amongst other industry experts. Having experience and actively selling in both market segments allows Rachel to have a comprehensive understanding of the entire Northern Colorado real estate market.
