Rachel Herold

Before commencing her real estate career, Rachel was a litigation attorney in New York City, and later a real estate investor in Arizona. Her legal and real estate investment experience has given her exceptional negotiation and customer service skills. The cornerstone to Rachel’s professional success is summed up in her own words: “Her emphasis on integrity, thorough research, personal service and follow-through has always helped her in her career.” As a resident of Paradise Valley for twenty years, Rachel knows the Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, and Phoenix areas well.

She has served as Treasurer and Executive Board Member of the Phoenix Chapter of National Charity League and has also served the boards of All Saints’ Episcopal Day School, Brophy College Preparatory and Phoenix Country Day School in many capacities. With deep ties to the community coupled with her prior legal and investment experience and intense work ethic, Rachel’s skill sets are perfectly suited for residential real estate. Indeed, in 2015 Rachel was awarded The Arizona Journal of Real Estate & Business “Rookie of the Year” award in addition to the Russ Lyon Sotheby’s Presidential Club award.

Rachel graduated from Wellesley College, where she also studied at the University of Aix-Marseille in France. She then earned her law degree from The National Law Center at George Washington University. She and her husband, Rick Herold, an attorney with Snell & Willmer, have two children who attended All Saints’ Episcopal Day School as well as Brophy Preparatory and Phoenix Country Day School.
