I met with Rachel because she ran yard sales in my area. At the meeting I was impressed with her thoroughness and professionalism. I followed her advice and we got the house on the market. The first week was overwhelming. We got over a dozen offers and three were over the asking price. Rachel spent a lot of time evaluating the offers and made a spread sheet to keep track of the variables. We went with highest bidder and I made a lot of money. I deserved it though because of the amount of time, effort, and money I put into the house over the years. Rachel is pleasant and professional. I recommend her.

Rachel is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. She was thorough and professional and great to work with. She kept us apprised about available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new one came on the market. She was honest and forthright- no games. After dealing with several other brokers in the Philadelphia area and being disappointed, we felt lucky to find Rachel.

Rachel Sharabani proved herself to be an outstanding agent in selling our condominium in North Wales, PA. Not only did she find us a buyer is a relatively short time at close to our asking price, but went above and beyond that. We were actually on a plane ready to taxi on the runway headed for Europe for two weeks when she called saying that there was a problem with our second floor patio doors where the wood had rotted. We left it in her hands as our agent, and she took care of everything so that when we returned two weeks later the sale was ready to be concluded. Had she not done this, she could have easily said was not part of her job, we would have had to deal with the problem from overseas and our vacation not to mention our sale would have been a disaster. Thank you, Rachel; you're the best!

Rachel sharabani at homestarr is amazing she answered every question me and my husband had she was there threw everything when we did find our new home she made it happen for us we never thought we'd find a forever home but she gave us hope after talking to her she made us feel more positive about things and she went by her words we bought our first home and if it wasn't for Rachel that would have never happen and I know that for a fact we went to other realtors and rachel was the only one we felt comfortable with at that time i would also like to throw in thank you rachel for everything you did you made it happen we are now home owners thanks to Rachel sharabani

A lot of considerations go into selecting an agent - attentive, timely, good communicator, professional, focused on the client's interests. Rachel is the whole package. I have used her several times, and each time she made sure I got the best deal possible when buying and selling my home. I appreciated her professionalism so much that I recommended her to my elderly parents when it came time for them to downsize. I was even more impressed with Rachel's communication skills during that experience. My parents had not bought or sold a home in over 45 years, and Rachel walked them through the whole process so that they were extremely comfortable. If you want an effective agent that works for YOU, then I highly recommend Rachel.
