Raelynn Barnett

Raelynn is a proud native of Colorado, born and raised in Longmont. She attended the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley and received her BA degree in General business. She was privileged enough to pursue her entrepreneurial dreams in Greeley where her businesses and family foundation began to grow. After eight years there, her husband and her made the decision to move to the Town of Windsor and currently reside in Pelican Farms a subdivision of the exciting Water Valley community. Here Raelynn’s family, husband and two wonderful children, and her love to put their toes in the sand, swim, fish, golf, ride our bikes along the Poudre River trails, and just spend time together at home or on vacation. Her passion for helping others and love for Northern Colorado and the front range led her to her career in Real Estate! Raelynn’s firsthand experiences, buying, selling, and investing in real estate along with her other business ventures have allowed her to become a resolute and enthusiastic 8Z team member. As both a buyer’s and seller’s agent, Raelynn prioritizes and customizes the needs of each client to their unique circumstances.
