Recently we purchase a house in Mansfield MA.
Rafiqul was excellent. As a first-time homebuyer, I was worried and unsure about a lot of things, but he explained everything I needed to know thoroughly without making it overwhelming, which I really appreciated. He’s very experienced and patient. It took me about a year and half to finally pick a house of my liking and not even once did he rush or show impatience. He's a good realtor and is very helpful! He helps his client find the best deals without sacrificing on the quality of the homes or apartments. He becomes personal with the client and tries to understand their wants and needs so that they can receive what they desire out of a home or apartment. He always consistently shows houses or apartments that appeal to the buyer and tries to find the best clients for the seller. He works with sellers and buyers, and is amazing at what he does.
