Born in Bulgaria and raised in Portugal, Ramzis happily lives in his dream city, New York. He began working in real estate in 2016 and in 2017, was awarded the Top 10 closed sides in the NY Metro area by his first brokerage firm. In 2020 and in 2021 Ramzis has 1 closed rental deal every two days. In his career to date Ramzis has done over 600 rental transactions; plus, he’s an owner/investor/landlord with properties in his personal portfolio.
Residing in the East Village, this former semi-professional soccer player loves playing soccer with his friends in a league in Brooklyn. Ramzis also likes spending free time with his Morkie dog, Bennie who he adores, and exploring NYC for fun places and adventures.
