About Randy
“The real estate industry, especially over the last 5 years, has experienced immense pressure to innovate and change. I’m focused on evolving to keep pace with the industry as well as continually improving as an agent. In order to be the best resource for my clients, I have to examine what I do that’s what isn’t. There’s no ego any of this.”
Born and raised in the city of ‘brotherly love’, Philadelphia, Randy brings a no-nonsense, yet caring and genuine approach to clients. Growing as a gymnast - both as a student, and later a coach, Randy’s work ethic reflects that sports required dedication and rigor, ensuring his clients receive the personalized, nuanced stellar experience they deserve. “I work tirelessly to earn the trust of my clients. This business is built on relationships. Everyone wants to close more deals, but the core of my work and what I do is focused on the quality of each transaction, not the quantity.”
Randy graduated honors from Fielding University, earning his Masters in Organizational Management . Always looking for new challenges and ways build his arsenal of skills, in 2015 Randy passed the notoriously difficult Project Management Professional exam to earn his PMP. A resident of DC 17 years, Randy has worked leadership roles managing large teams at Bank of America, Apple, and Pottery Barn. His skill set reflects that experience, whether he is reviewing lender estimates for nervous first-time buyers, selecting inventory staging for property sellers, or partnering with developer clients to incorporate smart tech into new construction.
Randy is a tireless advocate of animal rights and supports both national organizations such as the ASPCA as well as local rescue efforts like City Dogs. You will find him, his partner Daren Phillips, and their dog Sadie, an Anatolian Shepherd mix, at the dog at 17th & New Hampshire strolling Meridian Hill Park. His hobbies are mainly centered on music. “My first instrument was drums. I played in a band school/college. In 2006 I bought a guitar and taught myself play. If I could get a band together, life would near perfect. We’ll see what the next few years have in store! Stay tuned!”
