Mr. Sood was truly exceptional. I was impressed with his through professionalism and extensive knowledge about the market. It was a no-brainer for us to work with him and we are so thankful we did.

His responsiveness was incredible. He did a lot of information gathering for us and put time and effort in walking us through the process.

Mr. Sood was immensely patient with our seemingly endless questions. He asked questions on our behalf that we didn’t think of to make sure the home we were buying didn’t have hidden issues or was updated to code. He was diligent in making sure all inspections were in place, communicated with the seller’s agent, and kept us informed on a daily basis.

Mr. Sood is also incredibly personable. On top of being exceptionally good at his job he felt like a friend after the first showing and certainly is a friend now.

I love my new home. I would recommend Mr. Sood to anyone who wants a realtor who takes them seriously, cares for them , gets exactly the home you are looking for. His promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made our purchase process simple and smooth. If I ever moved again, he’d be the first person I’d call. Thank you again!

Sashi has been a huge help to me and some issues I faced while renting out my property in California. He is a very honest, kind and diligent man. I was not in town while I was having issues with my tenant and through Sashi I was able to resolve all the conflicts and have a peace of mind. He went out of his way to help me in any way he could and I am very grateful for this help. He kept consistent communication with me and I felt assured through the whole process that I was in good hands. He is very hard working and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a real estate agent. You can trust this man!

He helped us in not only selling our property in record time but also procuring a new replacement property within the stipulated time period for a 1031 exchange. I have had the opportunity of working with Mr. Sood a few times and it’s always been a great experience. He is just beyond awesome!
He is an expert in advertising, whether it’s the MLS listing, online portals, spreading the word of mouth or in person/open house. He is good at reading people and matching their needs, and wants, to the right properties.
He really knows the LA market and has an extensive network that allows him to work in both residential and commercial real estate markets.
One of his biggest strengths is making you feel like you are the only person that matters to him when he is working with you. He goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and answer any/all questions or concerns. It seems he is always available, I don’t think he has ever taken more than 5 minutes to respond to any of my messages.
He is quick, efficient, honest, humble and very professional, I would highly recommend him.

Shashi helped us buy our income property. He was a great help. He not only helped us with negotiating with the seller and the inspections, but also meeting the tenants. He also met me at the Building and Safety office to check the permits. After the sale closed he met me at the Housing Office so I could register as a landlord. He would then check in periodically to make sure everything was running smoothly and if I needed any help with anything. I would definitely use him again and would recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.

Mr. Sood was Superb. As a first time home buyer, we didn't know much about the process of buying a home or finding one to buy.
