Ray began in the business part-time, in 2006, and after 34 years in the retail food industry, is now full-time in real estate. Kathi was licensed and active in real estate for four years prior to their marriage in 1984. With the kids mostly grown, she returned to real estate in 2008. They raised their children in Rio Rancho and Albuquerque and have serviced the Albuquerque Metropolitan area including Rio Rancho and Placitas. In 2009 and 2010, they achieved the status of multi-million dollar producer. They have worked with buyers and sellers from every age group, from first-time buyers to those seeking to downsize. Ray and Kathi enjoy working together and desire to put the needs of clients first in their business transactions.
