I have bought and sold my fair share of properties over time. We decided to buy a second home out of state and Becky was recommended thru a friend. I have to say she is the best I’ve EVER worked with. Gets to know your needs and explores options with you. Quick to move with potential candidate properties. Keeps in tune to your thoughts dialing into “the one”. Great negotiator on your behalf. Keeps you tuned into your responsibilities and looks out for issues you would not be aware of. It’s not about her collecting her commission it’s about you getting the best house for you and the best deal being fully aware of the pros and cons. Represents you firmly in dealing with repairs and issues so you do not get blindsided after sale. There is no better.

Working with Overall reality took all the unnecessary stress off of buying our beautiful home. Becky new each step and took care of things like setting up inspections, providing listings for us to go and see, suggesting loan companies, telling us what rates to look for... the list goes on and on, and by doing so my wife and I could focus on finding our new home.

Since before 2005 Rebecca Overall has been our family's realtor. Her PR skills are above average and I highly recommend her if you are buying or selling a house. Around 2005 we purchased a home in Southeast Salem.. On a whim, we looked in a for sale by owner book when we were at the end of our weekend of hunting. We seen a home that interested us, and decided to roll the dice and call Rebecca late at night because we had a flight the next morning. She answered the phone right away and was very receptive and told us that she would give the seller a call the next morning. The seller was not receptive, but somehow Rebecca talked her into letting us see the property and the house. Long story long, we have been living there for 15 years. We referred her a few times and houses have been bought and sold. She is very diligent and a great realtor. We highly recommend Rebecca Overall Real Estate.
