I would recommend Rebecca to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home! She helped me as a first-time home buyer in a crazy market in early 2021. I fell in love with my (now) home and with Rebecca's help and experience my offer was accepted!! She went above and beyond negotiating for me and relieved a lot of my stress for my first time through this process. The agent you choose is critical as he/she will be your voice in offers, negotiations, etc. I would definitely go with Rebecca as your agent!

Rebecca helped me to sell my home in Phoenix in early 2020. Working with Rebecca was so easy - she wanted to know my goals first; then worked with me to make those goals happen. She walked me through all of the paperwork and steps for selling. Rebecca has plenty of experience and knowledge in home sales in the greater Phoenix area and she used that knowledge to promote my house. She also has great resources to help with home staging and photography. I felt very comfortable because Rebecca answered all my questions - calls, texts, and emails. Rebecca helped us find the perfect home for us as we relocated across the country to the Phoenix area. Through several house hunting trips Rebecca came to each meeting extremely prepared and ready to help us in any way she could. I can highly recommend Rebecca Wagner to help sell your house. Unusual circumstances made me responsible for selling a house. She helped by recommending social agencies and capable vendors to help clear the house with a focus on giving to charitable organizations and reuse. It was completed quickly and cleaned top to bottom ready to show. She strategically chose when to put the house on the market. It was listed on many different resources including websites and had a 2-day open house. Multiple offers were received. After accepting one Rebecca guided me through all the steps needed to complete the sale. It was an overwhelming responsibility for me but with Rebecca's guidance it seemed easy. I would use Rebecca again in the future to either sell or buy any real estate.

Rebecca has been my go-to source for real estate in the Valley. My daughter and I purchased a home in Jan 2021 and Rebecca went out of her way to make sure we got to the properties the first day they were on the market. We wrote 5 offers before we had found a property that accepted our bid. Rebecca has a number of resources for Home Inspections, repairs, home staging, etc. She has been in the RE business for years and she is detailed on everything from the contract, to making sure we had the home inspection and all the repairs requested from the seller. I highly recommend Rebecca to my friends and family.
