Rechelle helped us downsize from our house in Round Rock to one 5 minutes away. She was patient with us and respectful of our busy work schedules. As such, we didn't waste time viewing unsuitable homes. This trade was atypical of my our transactions--not as smooth due to a not-so responsive listing agent as well as the seller living in Europe but Rechelle persisted in spite of these constraints.

Finally sold our house! Thanks to Rechelle's knowledge and expertise in real estate. Our house was in the market for 9 months and Rechelle guided us through out the journey. We can't thank Rechelle enough for the level of service that she provided when we were selling our home. We went on the market on a Friday, had two open houses the first weekend, and were under contract by Tuesday. Average days on the market for our area was around 2 months so those numbers speak for themselves. She ensured the professional staging that helped our house stand out among comparable homes on the market. By way of background, We are a first-time home buyers. We had no idea about the process whatsoever when we first started taking a look at homes, or what to expect throughout the process. My wife worked before in the service industry and she is very aware that it is wildly important to ensure that: (1) your clients have the necessary information to make informed decisions (whether small or big, like purchasing a house); and (2) that their expectations are established appropriately and met.
