Renee is by far the best realtor I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Her communication was impeccable from beginning to end. She made herself available at all hours of the day to ensure we found the perfect home. It was an adventure of 6+ months but Renee was on board for the entire ride. Her attention to detail, exceptional knowledge of the trade and some good humor kept us going even when we encountered hurdles and upsets with our offers. Working in a wild housing market is absolutely exhausting but I could always count on her to push for what we wanted and keep a smile on our faces. I would recommend Renee to any and all of my closest friends and family members. She was truly devoted to finding us our family home and succeeded with flying colors. Thank you Renee!!!

I began looking for a new home to rent in late 2021. Due to the pandemic rental properties are very difficult to come by and they rent very quickly. I was under a great deal of pressure to move by a specific deadline. Renee was very knowledgeable about rental properties in Southeastern Pennsylvania and went out of her way to send me updated listings. She is extremely professional, friendly and caring. I would highly recommend her to a potential home buyer or renter!

Renee was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help my fiancé and I relocate to PA. She reached out to me early on and always stayed in touch with updates and plans. When it came time to see places in person she was so knowledgeable and took the time to go over every detail of each place with us to make sure it fit what we were looking for. When we finally found a place we loved Renee immediately went over to the listing and did a FaceTime tour and checked out the neighborhood for us! She worked so hard to be diligent and keep us updated every step of the way and was a great guide. I purchased a condo(which was an international transaction to Pakistan) and sold my house with Renee and we had EVERY problem imaginable with both transactions, but through it all Renee navigated me through or FIXED every issue! Renee is very professional and knows what she is doing. The one thing I really appreciated the most was her constant communication. When there was an issue, and again there were many, she would be in CONSTANT contact with me until it was resolved. I will refer anyone I know to her which confidence that they are in good hands.

THE ABSOLUTE G.O.A.T.! Bar none!

The four options available are cool but they don't, nearly, tell the story of working with Renee. I've worked with some great realtors but without question, hesitation or second thought, she is THE BEST!

I had a sudden need to relocate from Florida back to PA and I would have been lost without her. For a month, Renee toured house after house showing me through Zoom and describing everything with meticulous care.

As we progressed, she knew exactly what I was looking for and completely understood the complexities and challenges faced when moving a disabled parent.

Renee Ryan's empathetic disposition, mastery of her business, knowledge of her territory and tireless work ethic makes her perfection personified!

I would NEVER work with anyone else unless I was outside of her geographical reach.
