Richard Mohr

Richard is the owner and broker (BRE Lic#00482323) of RPM Real Estate Services, a full-service Real Estate Brokerage with nearly 40 years of experience in Southern California. He has been a California Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and Broker since 1976 with extensive expertise in purchasing, listings, short sales, probates, marketing and negotiating sales, real estate investments, and he specializes in Mortgage Forgiveness Plans.

One of his specialties includes being a Certified Mortgage Forgiveness Specialist where he assists homeowners who are struggling with their mortgage payments and provide them with information, guidance, and actual work that is required to avoid foreclosure. Additionally, he is certified as a California Probate Specialist, he has authored a book on Real Estate, and has traveled across the country teaching Real Estate courses for HUD, first time homebuyers programs and other investment courses.

Some of his professional accomplishments include selling and listing REO properties for JP Morgan. In addition, he is currently an expert Real Estate witness for Attorneys in legal matters.
