Richard recently helped us find our forever home! As first time homebuyers in the current market, homebuying can be quite intimidating if you don't have the right guide. Richard was there from day number one and continues to support us even after the process. Not only did he explain all of the steps we would go through in terms that we recognized, but he stuck with us through each step and never left us in the dark. He was persistent on finding a home that fit our needs and desires - not one house he showed us was way off the rails. He was honest and communicative with us and was truly in our corner through the entire process. Not only was this our first home but we landed on a new build which can present its very own challenges. Richard was not only on top of the building process each and every day but would take time out of his schedule to drive out to the location to update us when we weren't able to do so ourselves! Richard was a fantastic individual to work with throughout the entire process of our homebuying journey. We would recommend him to anybody who is looking for a realtor!

Been meaning to write this review for a while! I bought two houses with Richard and he really is a super star ⭐️! Highly recommend! He helped me position my offers to be competitive in a buyers market in winter/spring of 2022. I was a remote out-of-state client and I trust Richard to view properties on my behalf . We worked together toward my budget and he gave me very honest advice on different routes we could take. He layed out a plan but also was very quick to react to changing condition in the buyers market. We had developed a “system “ for viewing and offering on properties.

Richard tries hard to give all his clients the attention they need. I always felt I had answers to questions.

To boot, Ricky is a kind, funny, and patient individual. He is great with first-time and experienced homebuyers. I can’t recommend him enough! :)

Richard was a very professional realtor that was always on time for viewings and actively listed houses, that met our search criteria, in the online portal. He was always very responsive to questions and has quick turnaround when providing requested information/documents about properties.
