Mr. overall is a wonderful realtor. He is very understanding and is there whenever you need him for questions. We walked my husband and I through the whole first time home buyers process with kindness and patients. I would recommend him to ant one I know that is buying a home and use his services again. You will NOT find a better realtor in this area. Richard has helped our family ever since we first moved the area 9 years ago. I will never use another realtor. He is honest and will do whatever it takes to help you find what you need. He is the BEST!

I've known Richard for a little over a year now and just recently he helped me close on a new home. From the very start he seemed honest, helpful, truthful, friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and someone who was willing to do his utmost to try and find the right home suited for that person. My expectations were definitely met by Richard with his hard work trying to help me find the house that would suit me, until finally I found the one that I recently closed on. He would continuously keep in contact with me and sent emails of new listings every time updates came out on new and old homes, where we spent some long days going to look at a lot of these properties. Most of the homes didn't meet my standards due to what appeared in the photo wasn't the same in person, how much they were asking for on the properties compared to condition the property was in, and the ones that I did like already had a bid on them or had just closed. What impressed me the most about Richard was he coached me along the way and took the time answering all my questions and explaining to me step by step the whole process of buying a house, especially in a market so stable here in Central TX. He would give plenty of suggestions whether the property had good or possible potential for the criteria I had in mind with investing in a home. Mostly, I liked Richard for his extensive knowledge with historical and current general information on the surrounding Central TX area due to him growing up in Killeen, TX. I would highly recommend Richard to any of my friends, family, and any other citizen in the surrounding Central TX area for his outstanding job as a Realtor.
