Ritta Davantzis

A native New Yorker Ritta has spent the last twenty-five years living and working on Long Island. Her career began in the New York financial industry of banking, servicing high net worth individuals. Developing a strong relationship with her clients, she built trust and a consistent high level of service that has continued in her business relationships. Before moving into the field of Real Estate, Ritta spent several years working in New York City with Verizon’s Finance and Comptroller Office as a financial analyst. Her experience as an analyst provides her with an extensive background in financial projections and an ability to determine the economic impact of changing market trends. In the last ten years, Ritta has moved into the field of Real Estate. She has worked with individuals looking to buy, sell and rent homes, co-ops, condos and commercial real estate; marketing and pricing properties to sell and rent. As a long time resident she is well versed in the many neighborhoods of New York and Long Island. She holds a BS in Finance from St. John’s University and an MBA from Pace University.
