After 9 months of having a house on the market with a local realtor, I called Rob Johnson of Collini Realty, after having a lengthy discussion with him and explaining that I needed to sell this property as fast as possible because I needed to settle an Estate, he made himself available to me immediately. He came to the property that day, toured the property and took pictures and called me the next day to sign the paperwork necessary for him to list it, within 48 hours he had several people interested in the property and making appointments to see it. I am thankful that he worked so diligently to get a buyer for that property! Trust me it was not an easy sell! The property had fallen into disrepair after the owners husband passed in 2002 and upon her death it was my duty to sell the property to settle her estate, needless to say trying to get a mortgage for that property was not going to be an easy task, the first Realtor had it on the market 9 months and even though there was a lot of interest, they were not able to secure the funding, Rob jumped right in and talked to lenders that he knew and reassured me that there was available funding there and that he would work diligently to get a buyer! Within 6 weeks we had a buyer, the funds were secured and with a due diligence period of 30 days we were able to make settlement on Dec. 3, 2021, he truly poured his heart and soul into this sale and I am forever grateful. The fine staff at Collini Realty made this a truly pleasant experience and I will definitely be using them again. Thank you to Rob for your quick response to a dire situation, I will recommend you to all of my friends!
