As a person who had no clue (me) about what it took to buy a home, I felt like I had all my questions answered with Kittle and the work Cody Lousberg did for me.
When I finally closed on the home, my mother was hospitalized that day. I had to go to the hospital in the middle of signing and they were very understanding! I was able to finish my paperwork on time and they even offered to meet me at the hospital. This summer we moved from Illinois to Colorado and wouldn’t be able to do it without Rob Klein from Kittle. We needed to sell our home in Illinois and buy one in Colorado which is not a simple thing being out of state and during pandemic. In addition, after I came to Colorado to meet with Rob and visit some properties, I ended up in the hospital with appendicitis and the next day I had appendectomy. OMG Where to start . . our Rockstar amazing agent Max Sepulveda is just unreal, his infectious energy and positive attitude ALL THE TIME!! It was a very trying year for us. We were so fortunate to find Kamara Shanks while searching for our new home. She was so patient with us. We traveled an hour to view homes with all our children in tow during the pandemic. Each time we went to a showing Kamara did a methodical inspection of the home. She told us if there were any problems, commented on the construction of the home, and made sure it would meet our family's needs. She was very knowledgeable about the area we were looking at and gave us great recommendations on school districts as well. Thrilled we connected with Kittle Real Estate — and specifically our agent, Kamara Shanks. She was wonderful to work with, under what seemed like especially stressful conditions (Covid precautions, low inventory, insane competition). We were outbid a few times and feeling pretty hopeless, but Kamara never seemed fazed. We were searching on Zillow for real estate in northern Colorado. We needed a real estate agent to help us navigate this crazy real estate market. Zillow assigned Max Sepulveda, Buyer Specialist with Kittle Real Estate. We hit the jackpot! Max is the best real estate agent we’ve ever had. He’s professional and makes you feel like you’re his only buyer. He educated us on bidding wars and escalation clauses. We lost the bidding war on our dream home the first go round. However, weeks later Max called us from the Miami airport and told us it was available again. Of course, we were interested. As he was walking through TSA to his gate he was preparing our DocuSign offer. He sent it to us just as the flight attendant asked him to turn off his computer. Phew, that was a close one Max. We closed on our dream home yesterday. Max you’re incredible and we throughly enjoyed the many showings that we went on with you.

Max Sepulveda of Kittle Real Estate was my agent for the purchase of my very first house. Max was excellent right from the beginning. I was a novice going in, but Max helped with each step along the way. He took the time to explain with great detail, everything I had questions on. I am from out of state. it was not easy to purchase from over 1000 miles away. We made several visits to CO and Max did Zoom calls with us for each one, going over what we needed and what we would be doing. He took us on tours of houses to get a feel for the market. Then, when we were ready to buy, he set us up perfectly to find an ideal house. He did a walk through of the property before closing, doing a live call. He did a walk through after closing showing us the condition after the owners had left. He took possession of the keys until several days after close when I could make it out to CO. He guided us through the whole escrow process. The team from Kittle assisted with all aspects of the purchase, too. Can't say enough about Max and the team at Kittle. I could go on, but it would be a very long read! Max went out of his way for everything. He was fantastic, highly motivated and filled with energy that I wish I could bottle up and sell. He truly enjoyed helping us out. I highly recommend Max to help you get the house you want. I will turn to Max first when looking to sell or purchase another house.

At the end of 2020, we had to sell our home. It was a very difficult decision, but Rob and his outstanding team walked us through each and every step of the process. They showed compassion, understanding and offered lots of guidance from getting the house ready for staging to pictures and showings. I feel very fortunate to have found Kamala Shanks when looking for a new home in Fort Collins. As our Realtor, she helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. She was patient as we looked at homes over several weeks and educated us on the challenges in the market, what we could expect to experience as a buyer in our market, and guided us in making reasonable offers (and moving too quickly) when we became very "excited" on possibly overpriced homes.

We worked with Steven Pfaadt and he was fantastic! He was always able to accommodate us with our schedule and took us from home to home until we found the one that was perfect for us. He was very much involved in each step of the buying process and made us feel more at ease knowing we had someone who had our back though this purchase. I mean i could call or text him at anytime and he would be quick to get back to us to answer any of our questions or concerns. Being first time buyers, we quickly learned how fast homes went on the market and how quickly they went under contract, so when we found the home that we wanted, he was quick to draw up the paperwork and submit our offer. Unfortunately, due to issues with our lender, we had to push our closing date a few times and we were very much worried the sellers would back out because of it, but Steven did an awesome job in making sure this deal didn't fall apart.

Deano was our realtor and we couldn't have been any happier with the service that he provided us and the knowledge he was able to share since we didn't know much going into this. I can not give enough praise to Rob Klein from Kittle Real Estate aka Robbbb the Realtor (as we coined him). From day one, our first Zillow inquiry, Rob has been rooting for us and doing everything in his power to make our house dreams come true. My husband and I have previously owned one property and both the buying and selling process were a nightmare.
With Kittle Real Estate and Rob, everything on the realty side was seamless. Instead of dreading his calls, I looked forward to his kind mannerisms and a good laugh. Rob was able to ask all the right questions, take notes, and explore potteries to get us exactly what we were looking within our price-range. He helped us battle issues with house construction and made sure all the issues on the building side of things got fixed in a fair and timely manner. Max and I started working randomly as I requested to view a home on Zillow and he was the first available agent in the area. From the first day we met, I knew I would finally be able to Find my home! Not only was he super helpful but very responsive which is VERY IMPORTANT with the market being hot. I have nothing but great things to say about Jeremy Mitchell and the Kittle team. I recently moved to northern Colorado via Phoenix and was in need of finding a home. I knew the market was competitive and knew it wouldn't be easy.
We looked at nearly 2 dozen homes until my family and I found the home for us. It took us 4 offers until we landed the house for us, but it wouldn't have been possible without Jeremy doing some extra research on what was making some of the other offers so appealing.
However, the most impressive part about Jeremy was his availability. He is a husband and father of two with a lot of responsibility at home, but he was always available. In a market where homes only last 1-3 days you need to act fast. A house that we really liked went on the market Saturday morning and I quickly contacted Jeremy. I asked him what his availability was to see the home and he responded with "what works best for you? Now, afternoon, tonight?" We had a company function to attend and couldn't see the house until after 8:00 PM. He said 8:00 - 8:30 it is then on a Saturday night. I was extremely impressed but he knew how important it was to us and the difficult market we were in. We saw the house that night, liked it a lot and put in offer in on it. Jeremy's night was not finished as he went home, wrote up the offer and we signed our documents that night at 10:00 PM. It was a good thing we did, as the house was done showing the house after that night and would be reviewing offers the next morning.
That was just one example of many. Throughout the 2 dozen homes we looked at, not once was Jeremy not available the day of or at our earliest convenience. I didn't expect that to be the case when you are look at nearly 2 dozen homes, but Jeremy definitely exceeded our expectations in that regard.
Lastly, Jeremy is just a genuinely great guy that was an absolute blast to work with. He truly enjoys what he does and it was evident throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Jeremy to anyone in need of finding a home in northern Colorado. You will not be disappointed.

We used Nathan Washam at the Kittle Team and all i can say is how wonderful this has been for us. After showing our house for 2 days we accepted an offer and the rest is history! True professionals is what we dealt with, we were never told to wait, put on hold or felt like our questions were out of place. Any concern i had was answered promptly even late into the night which in my opinion is above and beyond if your realtor will talk to you at 10:30 at night to settle your fears...Nathan did that for me. Working with Rob and his team makes buying and selling houses much easier! We sold six rental homes with Rob's help, and with each one, Rob personally helped from the very beginning. Each time my husband contacted him, Rob set up a time to meet us at the house and walk through all of the changes/upgrades that we were thinking about to help us decide how best to proceed in order to list each house at the price we were aiming for. Once the house was ready, Rob's team did a wonderful job of taking pictures to market it. From the time each house was listed until it was sold, Rob's team did a great job of handling any and all required correspondence and reminding us when important dates were approaching (i.e. inspection objection, appraisal, etc.).
We also sold a personal home and bought a different one with the help of the Kittle Team. On the selling end, we were contacted right away by Laura Pfaadt, the listing coordinator, to make sure they had everything they needed to properly list our house. Their photographer took great pictures to be used on both the websites and on the flyers. As we were looking at houses to purchase, we realized how amazing Rob's photographer is at taking the right pictures to sell the house! Once under contract, Jill Dellinger, the transaction coordinator, was amazing to work with. She was great at reminding us of all of the important dates that came up. When we were wondering about an electrician to help with our inspection resolution, she had a list of ones they had previously worked with. And on the night before signing the contract, when I was running out of time to get out of the house and get it cleaned, she even had a suggestion for someone I could call to clean! They all definitely made the process a lot easier!
On the buying end, Rob's team set up a profile based on certain criteria of what we were looking for in our new home. We received multiple e-mails daily, every time a house came on the market matching that criteria. We were also able to go onto Rob's website and search through houses very easily. Every time a house caught our eye, Rob, or one of his buyer's agents, was more than willing to set up a walk through for us, even when we weren't able to make it until 8:00pm...and that's the house we happened to buy! Rob's team made it very easy to make an offer on our house, and once accepted, they did an amazing job at handling all of the paperwork and keeping us informed on everything going on. I would definitely recommend Rob and the Kittle Team!

Our experience with Kittle Real Estate was amazing. This team is professional and their process of selling our home was smooth and easy. From the very first meeting with Rob, we were impressed with his attention to detail. He certainly knows the market and brought a lot of helpful information to us. When we were ready to list our home, the Kittle team sprang to action, we had a stager, photographer, and virtual tour within days. Laura, the listing assistant was so helpful getting everything ready to go and scheduled. We had flyers and a sign delivered to our house the same day we made the call to list. Once showings started we received phone calls from the team with feedback from the other agents.
Thankfully our home went under contract in just 3 days. However, that contract ended up canceling because the buyer was moving to Fort Collins from out of state and their new job here didn't live up to their expectations. It was very unfortunate and a bit stressful, but Rob talked us through it and we were back on the market right away. We received another offer even better than the first which was a nice surprise. Jill Dellinger, the transaction coordinator helped us through the inspection negotiations and answered all our questions. She would answer our e-mails and phone calls just about anytime of day or night and was quick to respond.
There was excellent communication with everyone on the team each step of the process. We even had photos of the team members to know who we were working with during each step and it made everything even more personal.
Selling a home was a very big step in our lives and Rob and his team helped it be less stressful. I would highly recommend Kittle Real Estate to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

I met with two groups. The Kittle team was the second group. I liked the first company but Nathan's presentation just blew me away. It was a well thought out presentation that addressed most of my issues without my ever having to ask. I knew about half way through who was going to be selling my condo. I could just feel the energy that he was going to put into the sale of my home. The Kittle Team even provides a staging person. I didn't really think I needed one but I don't believe in missing an opportunity so I had them send her over. She is excellent, trouble is you don't realize it until she is long gone. It's your home and you are still living there and she is changing it. Yes, changing it to make me money. She is gentle and she leaves a flyer for you just in case it doesn't soak into your head that she is telling you that this is now a business proposition more than your home. They flyer explains all the things that she said that I let go right over my head while she was saying them because I was so busy thinking, Uhhh, she changing things in my home. Then you get a call from Laura, who gently guides you through all that paperwork, by the way, you get to do it all right at home in front of your computer, no coldness(big snow storm outside), gas or having to dress up. You can even sign it right on your computer. How cool and time saving is that! You think you are finished when you get the call from Jennifer. She is marketing and she is already setting you up with the photo guy (who by the way does excellent work) and telling you about the flyers, trulia, zillow and all the other places that your listing will be posted. Nathan is checking in with you and making sure things are moving to your satisfaction and offering to answer any questions on a regular basis. This is the fifth house that I have sold in the last 25 years and I have never dealt with a company that even neared this team in Professionism, courtesy, speed of accomplishing their task and just generally holding your hand. I would never use anyone else from this area. Now, I wonder if I can find a group that is half as good where I am moving to find my new dream home!! By the way, I have used Remax (satisfactory), Sears (not so much) and Keller Williams.

Primary point of contact: Nathan My sister recommended the Kittle Team to me, I like to talk to more than one real estate professional when I am buying or selling a home because it can make all the difference in how happy I am with the results. I met with two groups. The Kittle team was the second group. I liked the first company but Nathan's presentation just blew me away. It was a well thought out presentation that addressed most of my issues without my ever having to ask. I knew about half way through who was going to be selling my condo. I could just feel the energy that he was going to put into the sale of my home. The Kittle Team even provides a staging person. I didn't really think I needed one but I don't believe in missing an opportunity so I had them send her over. She is excellent, trouble is you don't realize it until she is long gone. It's your home and you are still living there and she is changing it. Yes, changing it to make me money. She is gentle and she leaves a flyer for you just in case it doesn't soak into your head that she is telling you that this is now a business proposition more than your home. They flyer explains all the things that she said that I let go right over my head while she was saying them because I was so busy thinking, Uhhh, she changing things in my home. Then you get a call from Laura, who gently guides you through all that paperwork, by the way, you get to do it all right at home in front of your computer, no coldness(big snow storm outside), gas or having to dress up. You can even sign it right on your computer. How cool and time saving is that! You think you are finished when you get the call from Jennifer. She is marketing and she is already setting you up with the photo guy (who by the way does excellent work) and telling you about the flyers, trulia, zillow and all the other places that your listing will be posted. Nathan is checking in with you and making sure things are moving to your satisfaction and offering to answer any questions on a regular basis. This is the fifth house that I have sold in the last 25 years and I have never dealt with a company that even neared this team in Professionalism, courtesy, speed of accomplishing their task and just generally holding your hand. I would never use anyone else from this area. Now, I wonder if I can find a group that is half as good where I am moving to find my new dream home!! By the way, I have used Remax (satisfactory), Sears (not so much) and Keller Williams.

I was pleasantly surprised by his knowledge of the area and market trends, and we discussed doing some upgrades that would maximize the property's value. He was right on, and we sold the house within a few days with multiple offers for more than asking price! My initial contact with Rob and interest in listing with his company was met with a sense of urgency, something that I didn't find in a couple of other real estate professionals I contacted, and he had his associate Nathan meeting with me within a couple of days, even though it was over a holiday weekend! He helped us find our first house this past summer and was great. A friend recommended him to us and since we're not generally fans of realtors in general (I mean seriously, why should there be an industry inserting itself into this kind of transaction and controlling all the info?!), we were thrilled that he was so laid-back and easy going. He put up with a lot from us, I know, but hopefully we weren't the most difficult clients he's ever had! We were on a short timeline and he always made things happen--showings, second showings, paperwork, etc. He was great. He was always super friendly, had a great eye for potential problems with the homes we saw, and was open and honest with us about different builders, their reputations, etc. We love Mike!!
