Rob Scarber is a native Pacific Northwesterner. He started playing trombone at the age of 10 and moved on to guitar which kept his passion for music alive, and his music room wall full of guitars. He and his wife love exploring all the corners of the beautiful region. Rob comes from a long history in the hospitality industry, having been a general manager at some iconic restaurants. This gave him focus on the happiness of his guests, and now, his clients.
Rob believes in giving back to his community. He has volunteered extensively with Attain Housing (located in downtown Kirkland) and was honored with their Volunteer of the Year award in 2019. He also sits on the Government and Public Affairs Committee with Seattle King County Realtors and is up to date with current trends in the regional real estate market. Rob is also treasurer for the Juanita Neighborhoods Association. As such, he dialed into not only the local real estate market but also community events and city infrastructure projects that impact the daily lives of residents who live there. Being able to creatively solve problems fulfills Rob, and he is rewarded with the trust he gains from people in his sphere. He holds this so close that he integrated this into his company logo.
You may notice first the ‘S’ in the center representing [obviously] Rob Scarber, a real estate broker. Or you may notice more prominently, the hands in which it is held. These hands represent himself and his clients. He has been held in other’s hands as they helped him become who he is and achieve his goals in life; and in turn, Rob has dedicated himself to helping others, whether that be through services in the community or guiding buyers and sellers through the ever-moving machine of real estate. Rob hopes that in any capacity that he may meet his next client, they will find a Helping Hand.
